I’m a writer, editor, and director from Atlanta, Georgia, based in Los Angeles, by way of Chicago. I’m marginally known as the writer/director/editor of the HBO mini-series, Single Long, and for my work on the digital comedy series, Distance (Odessa Mama), which premiered at SXSW, was nominated for a Gotham Award for best original series, and was named by Indiewire as one of the Top Five Digital Series of 2018.

Most recently, I wrote, directed, and edited my first feature film, Big House, which won Best Feature at the 2020 Rhode Island International Film Festival and the Beast Feature at the 2020 NoHo Cinefest, and was released by Gravitas Ventures in August of 2021. Previously, Jack was the recipient of the prestigious Edes Prize for Emerging Artists for his work as founder and Artistic Director of Screen Door Productions, a multimedia immersive theater company based in Chicago.
